MAIMAI Vietnam Holiday Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Who Can Enter
The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are:
(a) Residents of the UK, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period.
(b) Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
(c) Entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man phone number and address at the time of entry and may be required to provide proof of residency upon request.
Employees of JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd, MAIMAI, their families, or anyone involved with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
  • Follow @MAIMAILDN on Instagram.
  • Like the Vietnam competition post (pinned at the top of @MAIMAILDN’s Instagram profile).
  • Tag a friend in the comments.
Only entries that comply with all instructions will be considered valid.
3. Closing Date & Time
The Prize Draw opens for entries on 21st February 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 1st March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Winner Selection & Contact
  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within one (1) week of the closing date.
  • The winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram by @MAIMAILDN.
  • The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize; failure to do so will result in a new winner being selected.
  • If you are contacted by anyone other than @MAIMAILDN, please do not provide any personal details or respond, as this may be fraudulent.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram in any way.
5. Prize Details
There is one (1) prize: a seven-night holiday to Vietnam for the winner at a 5-star hotel, as determined by JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd.
The prize includes:
  • Return economy-class flights from a UK main airport nearest to the winner’s home address to Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi.
  • Flights are subject to availability, and the airline and class of service will be determined at the sole discretion of JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd.
The prize excludes:
  • Ground transport to and from the UK airport.
  • Meals and drinks.
  • Excursions, attractions, or treatments.
  • Car hire.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Hotel taxes, visas, and vaccinations.
The hotel location will be confirmed at the discretion of JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd and is subject to availability.
6. Travel Requirements & Booking Restrictions
  • The Holiday must be booked and taken up by 1st February 2027.
  • The Holiday cannot be taken during the following dates:
    • 01 August 2026 - 31 August 2026.
  • Once the winner has confirmed the booking, the Holiday cannot be amended, refunded, or transferred to another passenger.
  • The winner must confirm their travel dates at least three (3) months in advance of the intended travel.
  • The winner must hold a current and valid passport with at least six (6) months' validity from the date of departure.
  • It is the responsibility of the winner to:
    • Arrange and pay for necessary visas, travel insurance, and vaccinations.
    • Ensure they meet all health and entry requirements for Vietnam.
    • Adhere to the travel itinerary and any relevant safety instructions provided by the prize provider.
JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd and MAIMAI are not responsible for:
  • Any refusal of entry due to visa, passport, or health requirements not being met.
  • Any cancellations, delays, or additional costs incurred by the winner beyond the stated prize inclusions.
There is no cash alternative, and no alternative prize will be offered if the winner is unable to travel for any reason.
7. Unforeseen Travel Restrictions & Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd, MAIMAI, or the prize provider - including but not limited to pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, airline cancellations, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the following terms will apply:
  • If official government travel restrictions or advisories in either the UK or Vietnam prevent the winner from travelling, JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd reserves the right to:
    • Offer an alternative travel date within the prize fulfilment period (subject to availability).
    • Substitute the prize for a reasonable equivalent at its sole discretion.
    • Cancel the prize without any obligation for compensation if travel is deemed impossible for an extended period.
  • It is the winner's responsibility to stay informed about travel restrictions, entry requirements, and health regulations before confirming their trip. JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd and MAIMAI are not liable for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred due to changes in travel requirements, cancellations, or other external factors affecting the prize.
8. General Terms & Legal Information
  • The Prize Draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
  • JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15982659.
  • Prize Provider: JC Futures Lifestyle Limited, 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London, England, W1S 4JL.
  • By entering the Prize Draw, entrants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner and request proof of residency before awarding the prize.
9. Publicity and Use of Winner's Details
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that, if selected as the winner, they will supply or otherwise permit JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd and MAIMAI to have a minimum of 3 desirable images or videos taken during the holiday for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, marketing materials, and press releases.

The winner consents to such use without further compensation or notice.
Entrants acknowledge that this consent is given voluntarily and that they have the right to withdraw consent at any time by notifying JC Futures Lifestyle Ltd in writing.
However, withdrawal of consent after the winner has been selected may affect the fulfilment of the prize.
